Will this work with the CRM my client already uses?+
Right now, Nexus runs on Google Sheets and any webhook-capable form or tool — that covers most agencies today. Native connections to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive are on the roadmap. If your client needs one of these before it's built, we scope it together before you commit to a rollout date.
What happens if the AI sends something wrong?+
You approve the messaging rules, tone, and offer boundaries before anything goes live. Replies the AI isn't confident about are routed to a human for review rather than sent automatically, and every message is logged so you can audit it at any time.
Will my client know it's AI?+
Messages send from your agency's own number and domain, written in your client's voice. This is infrastructure that sits behind your brand — it's never presented to end leads as a separate product.
What does setup actually involve on our end?+
We send a short checklist covering ad account access, CRM/calendar details, and brand tone — most agencies complete it in under 20 minutes. We handle the build; you're live within 24 hours of sending it back.
Is there a setup cost on top of the monthly fee?+
A one-off £497 onboarding fee applies, waived on annual contracts. There are no other hidden costs — pricing is flat per tier, with optional add-ons like voice-call follow-up or WhatsApp integration.
Can we cancel or change tiers later?+
Yes — plans are month-to-month unless you choose an annual contract for the onboarding-fee waiver. You can move between tiers as your client count changes.
